Our Story

Vivypet started with a simple observation and a stubborn belief.The observation: finding quality pet products in Australia shouldn't feel like a chore. Too many pet stores offered the same generic items with forgettable branding, questionable durability, and prices that didn't match the value. As pet parents ourselves, we knew there had to be a better way.

The belief: our pets deserve the same thoughtfulness and care in the products we choose for them as we put into every other part of our lives. They're not just animals that live in our homes. They're family. They greet us at the door after a long day. They sit with us on the couch when we need company. They make every morning walk feel like an adventure, even if it's the same route we've taken a hundred times before.

Vivypet was born in 2024 out of a small apartment in Australia, fuelled by late nights, a golden retriever named Biscuit who insisted on supervising every decision, and a genuine desire to create something meaningful for the pet community.

We're not trying to be the biggest pet store in Australia. We're trying to be the one you actually trust.

Every product in our collection has been carefully selected with three questions in mind: Is it safe? Is it well-made? Would we use it for our own pets? If the answer to any of those is no, it doesn't make it onto our shelves. It's that straightforward.We believe in quality over quantity. Our catalogue is intentionally curated rather than overwhelming. We'd rather offer 50 products we genuinely stand behind than 5,000 we've never tested.
